Intensity of the workout is the foundation of CrossFit, as the goal is to generate the highest power output possible which will lead to faster achievement of health and fitness goals. With that in mind our coaches emphasize proper movement and mechanics first intensity second which will decrease the likelihood of injury and lead to better efficiency during the workout. At WVCF we like to say its ok to let the wheels wobble, but not let them fall off.
An important goal of our Coaches is to make the workout experience fun and enjoyable! We strive to be friendly, approachable,engaging and encouraging during your time in the gym. We understand that on the road to achieving health and fitness goals, there can be tough times and motivation can drop, we are here to help give the push to keep going.
