Get Started

Here is how to get started:

For Beginners contact by phone or email to set up a time to come in and get a free introductory workout (mandatory before joining regular sessions).

After your initial introductory workout it may be recommended that you do another introductory session covering some more technical movements or that you start with the ON-RAMP Beginners Course.

For Experienced CrossFitters notify us when you would like to attend a session and come about 10 minutes early to fill out waiver and may be asked to demonstrate basic movements and movements in that days particular WOD before being allowed to join the session.

  1. Hey Travis, I just wanted to give you a heads up that I’ll be in tomorrow the 18th. I want to come for the 9am class, I’ll make sure to come a little early.
