CrossFit Basics Course!

What is in the Basics Course?

The basics course meets twice a week for three weeks covering the basic movements used in CrossFit. The focus will be on instruction of proper technique with short lectures on how to adopt the CrossFit lifestyle, goal setting and nutrition. The workouts will be short with a steady progression of intensity and complex movements.
